Date/Time: Saturday, October 18, 9:30 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.

This Christian prayer form is a way of letting go, in silence, and growing in the ability to wait upon and rest in God’s presence within. The day consists of input, the practice of centering prayer, and discussion. Participants are encourages to also take the follow-up sessions.

Facilitator: Isabel MacEachern, csm has a background in teaching and pastoral ministry. She has an advanced certificate in Formative Spirituality and is a commissioned presenter of Centering Prayer.
