Responding to the cry for Gospel hospitality, the Sisters of St. Martha have collected all their favourite recipes. The result is The Martha Cookbook.

"We believe that to serve a nutritious meal is an expression of warmth, human concern for others. It is our hope that through the encouragement offered by The Martha Cookbook, many will develop interest and skill in the very creative art of preparing food for the hungry," Sister Mary MacIntosh said when the cookbook was first launched in 1980.
